This is my family pharmacy where I worked as a kid, helping my mom, while my dad was an NHS GP down the road. And it's where I saw first hand the incredible sense of service that runs through all our NHS. Well, the NHS is devolved in Wales, which means it's entirely the responsibility of the Welsh Labor government. And indeed, Keir Starmer has described Wales as a blueprint for how he wants to run the rest of the country.在威爾士，NHS已經下放，這意味著它完全由威爾士工黨政府負責。事實上，基爾·斯塔默曾將威爾士描述為他希望如何管理全國其他地區的藍圖。
